Sweet time in Druskininkai ABOUT THE PROGRAM You are going to visit Stračiūnai where you will get acquainted with the best titled beekeepers farmer’s family. These beekeepers takes honey in a special place – near the protected landscape pond of turtles, they will meet you at the impressive size of turtle sculpture. Here, where the scent of honey and hardworking bees are humming around, you will see the bee life through some glass hive, learn about the plants full of honey, find bee products for humans, try honey twisting process and, of course, taste different kinds of honey, and you will produce a candle made of natural wax.   If you’re successful, you will hold a bee in your hands! You will spend time with extremely hospitable beekeepers.
